Happy Easter to all

I would like to wish you all a very Happy and Blessed Easter and pray you and your family remain in good health.

 We had a health scare on Thursday (5 Apr 2007), a great way to start the Easter break and School holidays and a frustrating one for her father's birthday! Happy Birthday John!, Georgina ended up in hospital following a misdiagnosis of Gastritis which actually turned out to be appendicitis. So she had the critter removed on Thursday night (surgery started at 10.30pm and she was out of recovery at 1.30am, we are now home and both look forward to some much needed recovery sleep. Hospital's are NOT the place to be if you expect to be able to sleep and recover and for the parent it's downright frustrating to the point of screaming!  She hadn't eaten since Wed night and the first meal they serve her was fish, custard and pudding AND a ham sandwich, can you believe that? The second meal was chicken and veg pie, same desert. Desperation saw me taking a night drive to the local IGA and buying vegetables and 2 min noodles for her first meal. 

 Anyway enough griping it's over and God willing she is on the mend. In essence I will be scarce on here over the next few days. Blessings, Rhonda
